PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION

PHYSIQUE: 6'0; 134lbs
Yasei stand pretty tall for a japanese, having some european blood in his veins. He's severally underweight, enough for it to be concerning at times, looking quite emancipated. He stands mostly slouched, but sometimes straight, almost like a predator willing to attack his prey most of the time. However, when he straightens his posture, he ends up looking very serious.

HAIR / EYES: White; Red
Yasei's hair is a surprising white. It hadn't been like that until recently, during the summer. Before it had been a semi-light blonde colour. His eyes also turned red, when before they had been brown shaded in colour.

ABNORMALITIES:  As mentioned before, his hair and eyes are now of coloured albinism, different from their stature of blonde and brown respectively. Also, one can note that his canine teeth are much more filed then most, giving him a near vampiric look; but rather then giving the sense of vampire, he gives the sense of wild beast. He generally wears glasses when around others, and tends to wear a black collar to cover a scar on the back of his neck. He also has a tattoo on his lower back, an abstract design he drew himself.

Yasei is often compared to a wild beast; aggressive, strong, stubborn, and capable of tearing people to shreds within moments. As most of the traits that people first see are negative, he's actually a pretty good person. Although he seems to let his negative traits take the lead in his social, non-business interactions, when faced with a business setting, he can provide a more calm, analytical side of himself. He may suck at socializing, but he does his job perfectly well. Despite his rough exterior, it's not that hard to like him. He also tends to rule by force, knowing he has the strength to do so.

He used to be a delinquent until his best friend went missing three years ago. That friend left behind a legacy; they had become the student council president. Therefore, Yasei, seeking to find what caused that person to disappear, followed into his foot steps. As such, using strength and working hard to allow those that were nor persuaded by force to vote for him, he achieved the position, and thus rules the student council of the school he used to go to. However, that school was soon absorbed by the bigger school and as such, the two ruling bodies had to make an agreement. However, the opposite ruling body seemed to have a large number of leaves, including their president; and as such, Yasei had stepped in. He's been the student council president for two years now, as summer suddenly brought a wealth of changes to his appearance it seemed. What's that supposed to mean? Well, Yasei came face to face with disaster. Relatively, he was on an assigned school trip, and for a single moment, he stepped out to take a drink. When he came back, there had been a road accident, where a truck had rammed into the the bus that he had just been on, the one that was for their trip. Nobody made it out. Yasei dug at the remains, hearing their voices, and wanting to help; but he had no control. The lack of control not only in watching people he was responsible for die, but in how his friend had left, and various other little tibits of his life, just spiraled out of control.. and changed him with a gift.

TOOLS & ITEMS

ITEM NAME: Backpack
ITEM DESCRIPTION: a normal, brown canvas backpack. Well normal is pushing it; it has a bunch of pockets for a various amount of things, and Yasei seems to be able to put the weirdest things in there, despite it's relative small appearance. This bag seems to be slightly old however, as if he's had it for several years.

ITEM NAME: Wallet
ITEM DESCRIPTION: a chained wallet, black and blue in color. It generally hangs out from his pants, but can be sometimes found in his backpack. It's made of a leathery material, and seems to be used sometimes by Yasei as a method of fighting; the chain is deceptively long and strong, considering he had it welded for that wallet. It contains a bunch of stuff he needs, like his id and such, with sometimes money. He prefers to hide that when needed.

ITEM NAME: School Supplies
ITEM DESCRIPTION: Pencils, pens, erasers, notebook, school books, gym uniform. All the stuff one needs to be successful at school. Generally in his backpack or locker. They're pretty generic for the most part, but he specifically buys a certain type of pencil, that's black in color with a silver company name at the bottom. The pencil is a Western thing, but he uses them to scribble at times.

ITEM NAME: glasses
ITEM DESCRIPTION: actually, Yasei doesn't need glasses, so has some with fake lenses. But the glasses help people take him more seriously then without, so he often wears them when he's student council president. Generally he calls them his reading glasses, so often maintains that impression inside of the school, and when he meets someone from the school.

ITEM NAME: medical supplies
ITEM DESCRIPTION: hidden in his bag, he has a few medical supplies like band-aids and disinfectant. This is because he was a delinquent at his old school and people of his former kind do like to take a swing at the authorities. Plus he has a bad habit of getting caught in situations, so he tends to carry some of these around for the injured. Sometimes he has pills, but generally it's just aspirin, nothing heavy because that's dangerous.

SPECIALTIES

Yasei can primarily control his body. It may range to very specific control such as increasing his speed or strength, to general controls such as nullifying his need to eat or drink. Generally, this concerns all of the material, physical and biological aspects of his body. However, it also allows him to do a few other things, depending on the science involved with his body.

Capabilities:

• LEVEL 0 - STRENGTH OF THE BEAST:  Yasei has supernaturally huge strength; it's much higher then the human average to say the very least. It's not as fantastic as picking up cars, (although if he really tried he could), it's more or less a passive strength boon. Rather it's more associated to having a lot more strength then one would expect out of a scrawny guy. His passive strength at this level is on the level of professional weight lifters, capable of lifting their amounts of masses. (on average this is about 250kg, or 551lbs. In stressful, adrenaline situations such as life and death, this goes up to 500kg or 1102lbs.)
