Random starting specialties will not only occur upon request. Regardless if Oddities and Gifts are bans they will always be able to start with common specialties. Aside for that, have you been reading the vampire threads? Getting involved with the vampire event? If not, take a look. If that does not interest you, check out the last note. We are allowing canon submissions.
