CANONS.
PLOT CHARACTERS. Here, canons aren't the same as most other sites. On other sites a canon is a fixed special position or a character from a series. Here, canons are a trade off: you add plot to the site, you can have a special character.
HOW IT WORKS. You PM one of the staff with your idea for a plot. We'll discuss the idea, and let you know if it can be done. Then if it's approved you can make a character for the plot. That character can be changed up to fit the plot.

2. If your plot ends prematurely, the canon will be taken away.
3. A single member can have multiple canons, if they contribute multiple good plots.
4. Canons may not be handed out if a plot idea is overly cliche, has no need for the specific canon or if there are already too many plots going on the site.
5. A canon can be taken away at any time if the Staff believe the person is not being active enough in at least advertising their plot, or if the staff believe the person is abusing the Canon system.

BENEFIT. The main benefit for members with canons is the canon itself. Canons can have rare or powerful gifts and oddities, and they can level up faster than normal characters. And, if you finish your plot you can keep the canon, though we'll encourage you to branch out into more plots with it.
