Shin is a pretty sociable person, although he's not known for being completely coherent in conversation. Shin suffers from a certain lack of eloquence and a speech impediment that makes him stutter and pause in the middle of speeches. While shy and generally unapproachable, Shin is not an unfriendly individual. He is willing to lend a hand when possible.
Shin has lived his entire life in a way that attempts to avoid as many dangers as possible. He is not a leader, he does not attract attention, he seeks to resolve situations through speech, and he evades direct confrontations with people. In short, because he has no ego, he does not have much of a way to attract any form of antagonism. Furthermore, those who really make him angry generally live to regret that decision through broken bones and dead bodies. Regardless, his profession as a bodyguard often pits him against rival forces that seek to harm his clientele, and his saffinity for spirits will seek to trouble him, no matter what.
